28 Aug 2025County Mortgages (Cornwall) Ltd, have been brilliant, helping my wife and I to navigate the mine field that is remortgaging. Christopher and Jackie went above and beyond and nothing was ever to much trouble, even if we dropped in unannounced. Any questions we had were answered straight away even if it was just for our peace of mind. TOP MARKS we recommend them for anyone and everyone.

17 Apr 2025100% the best mortgage broker in Cornwall. Chris performed a miracle given the difficulty in arranging mortgages, it seems jumping through hoops of fire isn’t enough these days to satisfy lenders. Chris’s dogged determination and communication and resilience is genuinely admirable and was able to have us our mortgage agreed which was no mean feat. If we could give ten stars then that would be more appropriate and deserving. Avila and I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Jackie at County Mortgages. It really is refreshing to have found a business who are authentic, excellent and so customer centric.

22 Oct 2024We have used Chris several times over the past few years and he has ALWAYS found us the best deal, for our circumstances. He is extremely knowledgeable and acts in a professional manner at all times. We appreciate his honesty and transparency and feel comfortable knowing that he has our best interests at heart, showing due diligence and concern for our future welfare. He always sees the 'bigger picture' and has very often brought to our attention, potential problems and issues, we'd never considered, thus enabling us to make informed, important decisions. His secretary Jacky too, is highly regarded by us, as she plays a key role in smoothing out the application process and communicating with us on a regular basis throughout. We cannot recommend County Mortgages highly enough and know you won't be disappointed either!
