My situation was complex but they helped me navigate those complexities with kindness, patience and a great deal of work. You know what it's like, right ? No-one ever wants to part with money on a mortgage broker because 'you could probably do it better yourself'. It's this sort of arrogance which has always caused me a problem. The service was diligent, thorough and I was talked through the process on a regular basis. We met regularly and I always found space for in what I'm sure is a busy diary. Essentially this service, in my opinion, after having it, is undervalued. The broker fee nowhere near matches the quality and outcome I gained, and I am also lucky enough to have made massive savings on my monthly payments moving forward I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Thanks so much for your patience and expertise.
