7 May 2025AR Mortgages delivered a 5 star service for me from beginning to end. The level of support was consistent and thorough. I was able to have my questions answered efficiently with as many Teams meetings as was needed. Everything was seamless with the whole process and was explained in a manner I could understand. The most important thing was safeguarding, ensuring I could afford the payments on the property I wanted based on my net salary and live comfortably without being house poor. AR Mortgages deliver a very professional and bespoke service. The system portal used is also very good and efficient. I personally did not receive this level of support from any other companies. I have been able to refer my friends to them and they have shared the same opinions. I am really happy with my home and that I got the best deal possible with AR Mortgages!

Alan introduced us to the concept of a Retirement Interest Only mortgage, and located one which not only removed any end date but also reduced our monthly payments significantly. He was proactive and also quick to respond to any queries while being professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to use his expert services again and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone considering a mortgage.
