I have used Lynn Woodward for over 25 years. If not for her advice I would not of been able to buy a property. She helped during my divorce and within 7 months I had bought my house in Wells. I have since moved to Surrey but still go to her for mortgage advice and consider her to be a friend as well as my financial advisor. She is so friendly and approachable and as a first time buyer it was a relief to have someone happy to answer all my questions and step in and help with all different queries I had with the buying process. The only good part of my home purchase experience was using Woodwards! Will always recommend and go back to the team in the future.
