James Bolster helped us arrange our mortgage when buying our new house and, in all honesty, he went above and beyond our expectations. We genuinely couldn’t fault his service. Having known James for a while, I already knew him to be incredibly approachable and easy to get along with. He’s a genuinely good person who clearly wants the best for his clients, and that came through throughout the whole process, and we genuinely felt he was always striving to do his best for us. His communication was fantastic and is clearly one of his main strengths. Whenever I had a question or needed to speak to him, he was always available and, if he couldn’t reply straight away, he got back to me very quickly. He took the time to properly research our options and explained everything clearly, so we always understood what was going on. He was brilliant at helping us weigh up the pros and cons of each option, which made us feel confident in the choices we were making. James also had great working relationships with the mortgage providers and our solicitor, which really helped keep things moving. Whenever queries came up, he was able to get answers quickly, which made a stressful process feel far more manageable. He was also great at checking in and keeping us up to date throughout. I’ve worked with James professionally before and knew his service was exceptional, but using him personally has confirmed just how reliable, knowledgeable and supportive he is. The best £400 I’ve spent on the buying a house journey as a first time buyer. Charlotte was always a call away and found the best mortgage for our situation ( apprenticeship and sole trader) Always answering to emails and kept me informed at all times.
