ThreeSixty Mortgages

I would highly recommend Three Sixty for all your commercial mortgage needs. I’ve worked with David and Gina on regular BTL to large HMO finance and most recently on the finance and exit to BTL of a new build development that had more than a few challenges. They went above and beyond to get this over the line and were in constant communication with myself, solicitors and lenders from start to finish.

We have worked with David at Three Sixty Mortgages on multiple properties and cannot recommend enough. Super knowledgable and always willing to help, David recently helped us with a HMO refinance and managed it swiftly with very competitive rates! Strong recommendation from us!

David and Gina were fantastic from start to finish. Gina replied to emails extremely quickly and was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Three Sixty Mortgages. We cannot thank you enough.

Massive thanks to Tom and Gina for helping us with our remortgage. Gina was great when setting us up at the beginning of the process and answered any questions that we had. Tom was amazing throughout the whole remortgage and always kept us informed of any updates and changes as they happened. He was always available to answer any queries we had and communication was always great. Unfortunately our first deal didn't go ahead due to an awkward lender, but Tom still went out of his way to work around this and ensure that we still completed on time within a short time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ThreeSixty Mortgages to any family or friends and look forward to using them again in the near future.

Tom and the team at Three Sixty Mortgages were great!! I was looking to buy a New Build home and didn’t really know where to start. Tom managed to get me a great mortgage deal that I was accepted for within 1 week. He also took care of the whole Help to Buy application and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a mortgage!!
