I’ve worked with David and Gina on regular BTL to large HMO finance and most recently on the finance and exit to BTL of a new build development that had more than a few challenges. 17 Jan 2021Massive thanks to Tom and Gina for helping us with our remortgage. Gina was great when setting us up at the beginning of the process and answered any questions that we had. Tom was amazing throughout the whole remortgage and always kept us informed of any updates and changes as they happened. He was always available to answer any queries we had and communication was always great. Unfortunately our first deal didn't go ahead due to an awkward lender, but Tom still went out of his way to work around this and ensure that we still completed on time within a short time frame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ThreeSixty Mortgages to any family or friends and look forward to using them again in the near future.

Tom managed to get me a great mortgage deal that I was accepted for within 1 week. He also took care of the whole Help to Buy application and explained everything in a very easy to understand way.
