Used Andrew approximately 7 years ago for 5 mortgages buy to let and 1 residential. On day of completion there was a 20k shortfall to my surprise shock.we could not buy the property on the day and managed to sort it with the normal stress. This year our mortgages where up for review again or revert back to expensive viable rate .I contacted him approximately 3 months before to arrange visit to sort it but they said it was to quick and arrange 27th of Feb to review. Then I started to get letters from the mortgage companies saying viable rate starts on 1st of March. So I contacted my son that used a mortgage guy within 2 days he got me in to get things moving done just before viable date phew . Even the new mortgage guy said that was close to deadline for him allowing 2 weeks And looking at the commission on the 6 mortgages seems strange . Andrew seems like a nice guy but maybe to laid back considering the end customer needs .
