The Commercial Branch

5 Stars for Miles, Victoria & the team. Put simply they delivered on my refinancing when others couldn't - this has enabled me to pull out funds and begin looking at our next project. Would definitely recommend and use again. Craig.

Absolutely fantastic service, could not of asked for more from these guys! This was my first commercial purchase so needed a lot of assistance and guidance on mortgage options, best practice and overall strategy (to secure the best deal), and they really delivered! Saving me thousands in the process! Miles and Victoria (who I now consider friends) were with me every step of the way; going the extra mile over and over again; often after work hours to provide assurance, professional guidance and ensure a successful purchase. Needless to say, I won't be using anyone other than the Commercial Branch in the future. You are in safe hands with these guys! Do not hesitate to give them a call.

We received excellent service from The Commercial Mortgage Branch. Miles & Victoria were helpful and had fantastic communication & professionalism. From a lenders point of view, they provided all information that was requested promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend them as they are an excellent broker to work with!

Miles, Victoria and James have provided nothing short of a first class service from start to finish. Having used TCB for a large commercial transaction and a residential transaction, I was impressed with the management of both and will be coming back as well as recommending to friends and family. Good job guys!

I highly reccomend The Commerical Branch. Both Miles and James were excellent to deal with. Miles was referred to myself by a mortgage broker I had used previously which I think speak volumes to be recognised by others in the industry. He clearly explained all my options and answered every question I had. He helped with any questions I had on paperwork for the lending product I chose. Both Miles and James went above and beyond during the process to ensure time lines were met by all parties involved. I will definitely be using their services again in 2021 and beyond.
