This was my first commercial purchase so needed a lot of assistance and guidance on mortgage options, best practice and overall strategy (to secure the best deal), and they really delivered! Miles was referred to myself by a mortgage broker I had used previously which I think speak volumes to be recognised by others in the industry. He clearly explained all my options and answered every question I had. He helped with any questions I had on paperwork for the lending product I chose. Both Miles and James went above and beyond during the process to ensure time lines were met by all parties involved. I will definitely be using their services again in 2021 and beyond.
