Can not thank Kelly @ Rokform enough for recently stepping in and working her magic to resolve my mortgage. Having been advised i'd likely incur a hefty exit fee & stretching affordability, I reached out to Kelly to take a look & get a second opinion. Within days my application with my existing lender was in & I'm now in receipt of the full mortgage I need, it breezed through & no exit fee pain!! We worked with Rokform Capital on our first commercial to residential project and Jon was amazing, outrageously flexible where no other lender would have been and supported us with knowledge where needed. Since, we have looked at multiple deals with Rokform Capital and will 100% use them again in the future.
