Ideal Mortgage Advisers

Alex has been fantastic through the process, he helped me find a mortgage deal that works for me and has allowed me to buy a fabulous home for me and my kids, which I didn’t think I could do. Always quick to respond and follows up without feeling harassed. Highly recommend l.

Alex at Ideal Mortgages provided an excellent service when we were both porting our existing mortgage and looking for a new deal at the same time. He got answers in a matter of hours that I couldn't get from the bank, communication was excellent and answered all our questions extremely quickly. Highly recommend! Thanks!

We were recommended Brian from a family member to help us with our first home. Brian has been amazing throughout the whole process, explaining things in layman's terms, providing great advice and always being there when we needed him. In addition to this, Brian went above and beyond supporting us when our solicitor was delaying the process and causing stress. I would definitely recommend Brian and the rest of the team for your home purchase! Thank you!

As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about the mortgage process, but Alex made everything feel straightforward. Our purchase ended up being more complicated than expected due to probate delays, yet he handled everything brilliantly. He kept in regular contact, explained things clearly, and was always one step ahead. We’re genuinely grateful for his help and will definitely return to him for any future mortgages. Highly recommend!

Alex was very helpful as my mortgage adviser. As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t entirely familiar with the process or the timeline of events, but Alex guided me through each step with clarity. He gave me valuable guidance on timing - explaining when I should start looking at properties on the market based on when some of my funds would crystallise, why I didn’t need a mortgage in principle, and when it made sense to reach out to him for mortgage quotes. When I got back in touch, Alex arranged quotes quickly, explained clearly what information I needed to provide for background checks, coordinated with the bank, and even chased the vendor’s solicitor to keep things moving from start to finish. He came recommended by three friends of mine, and I can see why - his proactive support and clear advice made the process much smoother.
