Fair Mortgages

I cannot rate Fair Mortgages highly enough. We needed to remortgage to enable us to raise some money to do some home improvements. Our financial situation had changed dramatically since we had bought the house and I was very anxious about being able to get a mortgage and it being affordable. I was reassured at every stage and given plenty of options. I can get quite confused as some places don't charge a fee but couldn't offer the sort of deals that Fair Mortgages were able to find for me and Adam explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what the financial outcome would be. We were also changing it from sole ownership to joint and they arranged everything for me. With a very young child and not a lot of time I was very grateful for all the help I received! Elise Helps

I can not put into words how happy I am that I found Fair mortgages. I had searched a few different companies online due to adverse credit, we spoke with one broker and passed some information through based on the information he told us to wait until August time, we decided based on the advice to wait. I was looking through an online forum and decided to contact Fair mortgages, I spoke with Emily and explained what I was told, we went through the whole process with Emily, from the start Emily was upbeat and positive about the whole situation, she was honest and upfront and explained the process, I felt at ease with Emily and decided to give it a go. I cannot put into words how helpful Emily has been, she even emailed me when she was off on holiday to put my mind at ease. Once the full application was submitted Helen helped with the chase, Helen sent me daily emails to update me and also just like Emily put my mind at rest and reassured me when I needed it the most. I now have my mortgage offer! I can not put into words how fantastic Emily and Helen have been through the whole process. I really did not think this day would come so soon and It is only because of Emily and Helen that we can finally say we own our first home!! Fair Mortgages did a great job in sorting our mortgage. Rob our adviser was professional from day one and kept us informed throughout the whole process. This was the first time we had used a mortgage broker to help us buy a house and we would definitely use this Company again. We got a good mortgage deal based on our requirements and the fee was good value for money. We will be using this mortgage broker again in future.

Took the money and ran. Once the fee left the account they did not want to know and on top of that the deal they found was rubbish. I ended up £400 lighter and sorted the remortgage out myself with a much better deal than they found me! Would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them as they failed to deliver on everything.
