We were first-time buyers, and Lisa was absolutely amazing in helping us through the entire process of buying our first home. From our initial call, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Lisa took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were well-informed at every step. She was excellent at keeping us updated throughout the mortgage process and even let us know when mortgage rates dropped—thanks to her, we ended up with a much better deal while our purchase was still underway.
