Wellington Financial Services Limited

A lot of people in this industry can be very pushy but Jakub was very calm and supportive from his initial interactions with us. At every point he kept us updated and his professionalism and attention to detail is great. Emma also provided regular updates and consistent communication.

From the point we were referred to Wellington FS, they have been by far the most efficient, productive and easiest part of the house buying process. We were introduced to Tyler who has been on top of things since day 1. He has been quick and professional throughout and a pleasure to work with. After putting in the offer, Emma became involved and together, the mortgage application was in within the day. Again, Emma was prompt and effective in communication and within a week, the mortgage was in place and ready to go I cant recommend Wellington FS and specificly Tyle and Emma enough. Top Tier Service!

Wesley has been in touch with us from day one of our mortgage process with Wellington Financial Services, and his support has been exceptional. He made sure we got all the necessary cover — including critical illness and house insurance — and took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know. His patience, professionalism, and dedication really stood out. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I have found Emma and Sam very helpful in selecting mortgage products and mortgage protection. Emma in particular has kept me up to date and assisted whilst Sam was off on annual leave and with any questions I had Emma was really helpful in answering any concerns I had as a first time buyer. No question felt stupid for me to ask and I felt that Emma was more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend Wellington Financial Services Ltd.

Excellent service from start to finish. I worked with Emma and Toby, who were both professional, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated throughout the process. They worked tirelessly to keep things moving, communicated clearly at every stage, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend them and Wellington Financial Services to anyone looking for expert mortgage advice.
