Birtles Mortgage & Financial Solutions

I would 100% recommend people using Madeleine as their broker. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect, but from the outset Madeline was informative and knowledgeable, which made everything that little bit easier. After talking us through our options in depth, we felt more than comfortable asking Madeleine to secure us our first mortgage. She always looked to find a better deal where possible, even without us having to ask. Her communication is excellent and is all round a lovely person to speak to! Thank you!

Madeleine has advised us on the purchase of two properties and arranging new mortgage terms over the last seven years. She has always been incredibly helpful and proactive, particularly in guiding us through the process as first time buyers. Would highly recommend to make the process of moving house and arranging mortgages so much easier.

When I first spoke to Madeleine about whether I’d be able to get a mortgage, I’d assumed the answer would be no. I was self-employed and low-earning and buying on my own but she gave me advice on how to up my credit rating prior to applying for a mortgage and the evidence I’d need to show a provider, plus she gave me hope that I could possibly get a mortgage. When it came to applying, she helped me through the whole process, chose the providers she thought I’d have the best chance with and was so reassuring and helpful. I had issues with HMRC having mis-recorded my tax and she spent so much time going back and forth with the lender to try and get them to accept the documents we had, nothing was too much trouble. In the end I was able to borrow the amount I needed and was able to buy my house! I’m so happy there and I absolutely could not have done it without Madeleine. I don’t think I’d have got a mortgage without her. Thank you Madeleine!

Madeleine is brilliant at what she does. Her help, expertise, and hard work made the process easy. I really value how helpful and knowledgeable she was throughout. Also ensured that we smoothly got the best deal available as rates were changing. Will definitely be working with Madeleine again in the future and highly recommend her!

I had the most Amazing experience. I will definitely recommend Madeleine to anyone needing a mortgage especially if it’s your first time. She makes such a stress free experience, explains every confusing bit. Madeleine found me a good Mortgage deal even though I thought I was not mortgage worthy. I am now a proud home owner thanks to her👍🏾
