Rob has been great. A scenario that felt so complicated and too big for us to tackle on our own was made so much easier and simpler by his approach. He has communicated brilliantly all the way through and been very responsive. He hasn’t been afraid to tackle some difficult questions with us regarding our finances to find the right product for us. He has made the very stressful process of selling and buying a new build, with all the pressures from developer, much smoother and calmer. He has proactively stated in touch with lender, our solicitor and the developer, helping us to bring all strands together. The technical aspects of submitting ID, documents and proofs has been so simple with the technology that supports his business, very customer friendly. I would highly recommend Rob! As a first time buyer the process felt daunting at first and i had a lack knowledge with the process. From the get go Rob took time to thoroughly explain the process and set up a meeting with time best suited for us, since then he has helped apply for our mortgage on our behalf, life insurance and recommendations for house insurance. He provided regular updates and clear communication in forms of messages, emails and videos so we understood terminology and various options- every step of the way!
