Having trouble with a company BMG own (Car loans uk) We have a car on our forecourt we are unable to sell due to car loans uk taking out a finance agreement for a customer then stealing the funds. We (the dealer) have not been paid and the customer decided not to proceed with this car. Usually in this instance a simple cancellation would be straight forward but car loans uk (owned by bmg) are refusing to return the funds to the lender. We are 2 weeks into our complaint and after being fobbed off on the phone multiple times and all email correspondence being ignored we are starting to think we have been a victim of cyber crime.

I started at Bright Money Group several weeks ago as Quality Assurance Officer, and from the start it's clear with the effective and professional training and standards in place, great team atmosphere with social events such as Chester races, and a active and approachable management on all levels I have made the right choice to work here. I too have also found genuine progression opportunities and a accessible and supported career development plan, showing it's a company on the up and with the high retention of staff, the company thinks highly of all of it's staff.

Started at Bright Money Group a couple weeks ago and so far have very much enjoyed every day working here. On our first day we were treated to lunch by management, and by the end of the week got chance to meet most of the office. It's very clear that the culture in the office is very important and that reflects throughout the entire hierarchy starting from Steven the CEO, lovely bloke! Our trainer, James Marshall, made me feel very at home instantly when I joined as well and I have been made to feel like I can be valuable to the company which is nice. Very much enjoying the work here as well and looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in my time at the company. Lots of great incentives monetary wise as well and lots of money to be made if you enjoy your job! Well looked after.
