Progress FS

Sarah & Phil were incredible throughout our mortgage process. Buying a house can feel overwhelming, but they made everything feel simple and under control. They were always available to answer questions (no matter how small), went above and beyond what would be expected from a mortgage advisor, moved quickly when things needed pushing from the solicitors, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Professional, knowledgeable and reassuring from day one. We’re so grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah, Phil and the team at Progress FS.

We had such a positive experience with progress FS. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, but Phil, Shaun and Sara were absolutely amazing and supported us every step of the way. They were always there whenever we needed any kind of help, offering clear advice and reassurance throughout. They were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly efficient-always getting back to our inquiries within a matter of hours, which made such a difference. A huge thank you to Phil for making the process so much smoother and less stressful. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Progress FS to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and a reliable team!

Huge thank you to Zak and Shaun for all their help in securing our mortgage. Zak was fantastic in supporting us through our first mortgage application, but unfortunately we had to pull out of that house. Zak was able to issue us a new mortgage offer on the very same day. When we found our new home, Shaun stepped in while Zak was on annual leave and worked quickly to get the new offer processed, arranged the valuation, and ensured everything was in place. Our offer was accepted without any delays. They provided friendly support throughout the whole process!

I have known Phil Days at Progress for over 20 years and have always used them for my mortgage requirements. They have recently sorted out 2 product transfer for me which went through smoothly, but when it came to the 3rd renewal, everything that could go wrong, went wrong but, Progress resolved the issue and got it all sorted in time for the renewal on 1st August. Thank you for everything, as always! Highly recommend. Wayne

I’ve had a very good experience with progress FS. I have been supported by Phil and Shaun. Phil advised me on the best way forward with my mortgage as I am moving home with an existing mortgage. Phil is very knowledgeable and both he and Shaun have always been so quick to get back to me. My mortgage offer came in and Shaun kept me updated at all times. I’ve had a very good experience with progress FS and hope to contact them in the future when I may need advice and support.
