Sarah & Phil were incredible throughout our mortgage process. Buying a house can feel overwhelming, but they made everything feel simple and under control. Huge thank you to Zak and Shaun for all their help in securing our mortgage. Zak was fantastic in supporting us through our first mortgage application, but unfortunately we had to pull out of that house. Zak was able to issue us a new mortgage offer on the very same day. When we found our new home, Shaun stepped in while Zak was on annual leave and worked quickly to get the new offer processed, arranged the valuation, and ensured everything was in place. Our offer was accepted without any delays. They provided friendly support throughout the whole process!

I have known Phil Days at Progress for over 20 years and have always used them for my mortgage requirements. They have recently sorted out 2 product transfer for me which went through smoothly, but when it came to the 3rd renewal, everything that could go wrong, went wrong but, Progress resolved the issue and got it all sorted in time for the renewal on 1st August.
