I unfortunately did not have a good experience using InTouch Finance. The remortgage process took an incredibly long time, largely due to multiple submissions of incorrect information to the lender by the mortgage advisor, which caused unnecessary delays. Despite my situation being straightforward, the advisor did not fully understand it, leading to further complications and holdups. Additionally, while the service was not free of charge as initially agreed, I had expected a much better level of professionalism and efficiency.
