Great experience overall. Saw the car online and was able to view it same day. Not pushy salesmen at all, let me check over the car for extended period of time. Day of sale was really easy and simple - constant communication via whatsapp which was great. The actual sale of the car took around 20 mins and there was no issues at all. Would defo recommend.

From initial enquiry to delivery, everything was handled with patience, clarity, and a range of helpful options. Even when it seemed there might be delays, they acted quickly and found solutions to ensure the deal went through smoothly. I saw the car and didn’t even need a test drive — its pristine condition was obvious at first glance. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else, and I’d highly recommend them any day.

It has been a week since visiting Paragon Cars London and having the pleasure of dealing with Sheil and Kev, who helped me decide whether the car I had been keeping an eye on was the right one for me. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with buying a car and mind you this is my 5th one!!! Sheil and the team were really helpful throughout the whole process - from booking the test drive and accommodating my time to helping me check that the car I was looking at was the perfect fit for me! I ran the car through 4 Vin checks and it all checked out, the cars title was clean so I knew that Paragon Cars could be trusted. One thing that I definitely need to let whoever reads this know, is that I didn’t feel rushed into buying the car, I know that a lot of sales men/ladies might rush you to make a decision but they were actually really nice about me taking my time to make a decision and they gave me first dips on the car if someone was interested after my initial test drive. Overall I’ve had the car for 3 weeks and it’s running perfectly fine and they even gave me a gift bag which I appreciated :D If you’re thinking of checking them out then I’d honestly highly recommend you do, they’re great! Side note - As a car lover, I’m a fan of their YouTube Channel! It helped me know that they’re definitely a trustworthy company and they’re invested in the cars they bring in.

Saw the car online. Unbelievable spec, low mileage and at an affordable price. Travelled down to Watford from Northamptonshire the following day. The site was cramped and tucked away a little, but inside they had a fantastic selection of cars. Kev couldn’t have been more helpful but the whole experience was not pressured at all. Exactly what I wanted. Was free to browse and take my time. Had the car delivered to my home and was kept informed by Kev with regular updates during the sales process. Really impressed and wish Paragon every success. 10/10
