Always had quick responses to emails and even been advised when I'm better off just doing something myself rather than the team doing it for me and having to charge. 28 Dec 2022We have used Stowmarket Mortgage Centre for five years now, from our initial purchase and through the subsequent re-mortgages and have always been happy with the service and professionalism of the team. This time, we were hoping to fix an offer before our current deal ended, and not only was this possible, our adviser's market knowledge enabled us to beat an imminent rate rise with our chosen provider. It did mean he had to work fast, but that was no problem, and it was stress free - at our end at least! Although swapping deals cost us a little more for 3 months, it will save us hundreds of pounds over the course of the five year fix, so using a mortgage adviser was definitely worthwhile for us.
