Originally called in with no appointment to get some advice around funding a potential flat purchase and was introduced to Ciaran who was very helpful and professional. The flat never happened but I asked Ciaran to keep in touch for our house mortgage which was over a year away. He did (very lightly, no pestering) and then worked with us to move lender with a better deal. He worked well for us, despite the issues we caused him! Great communications, always got a quick response, kept us aware of all options and was always looking out for us. He listened to our views and requirements and offered suggestions and ideas. He was never pushy and made us feel that he was genuinely on our side. And after completion, he has left us feeling that we actually matter to him as a customer.
