Received good advice at the cost of nearly £1,000 for an hour. Power of attorney’s can be done by an individual online for a faction of the cost however this firm charged 4 times the cost for one application. The older gentlemen quite disrespectful in his manner and behaved as if we were doing him a favour by being there. His tone of voice didn’t sit well with me. Although, paperwork was submitted by this firm absolutely fine and Matt was a pleasure to deal with, I felt the cost and the behaviour of others let it down for me - for that reason, I can’t give a glowing review.

Dear Jackie, Matt and all the team, thank you for all of your help in arranging Dads funeral. Compassionate, professional, efficient and caring from start to end. I cannot tell you how many people said it was one of the best celebrations of life they have attended. With family and friends all gathered, Dad would have loved it too. Thank you again, Sally x

I could not recommend this firm at all. The time it takes for anything to be achieved is ridiculous. They are rude on the phone and you may well be cut off. Genuinely the worst firm I have ever had the misfortune to have anything to do with.

We found this wonderful family business, and are so pleased we did, they were so warm, welcoming and sincere, such a difficult time but they made it as comforting as possible, they listened to what we wanted no pressure, Thank you Jackie and your family for all you have done for us, we won't forget you.
