Always very polite to talk to but after a while you realise they are just talking in generalities. They cannot promise any time frames. All phone calls lead to a message service. Very hard to get through to a person. We've done all our own viewings but not given feedback. Currently waiting for a viewing that hasn't turned up. No answer from any one at British home sellers. We have been with them for almost 3 months. We expected to be sold within 6 weeks
