We are first time buyers so really had minimal knowledge when it comes to houses and purchasing one! We got put in touch with Simon through one of the estate agents we used when we first started viewing, and we had one call with him and that was that. Normally I am someone who like to “shop around” but after our initial call we were pretty much set with Simon, he has been nothing but helpful and personable throughout this whole process. He responds really quickly, and no question is too big! We have asked him about more than just the mortgage element, and he has helped us with general queries regarding solicitors, estate agents, the process in general, the list goes on. He has provided us with so much support and has been a real “comfort blanket” of a human so to speak. Recommend throughly and will be recommending him to my friends who will also be first time buyers.
