This is my fourth or fifth time if using Marta and her team to arrange my mortgage product. Marta was exceptional as always and made organising my re-mortgage so easy. We had lots of communication from both Marta and her team at Positive Advisors in the early stages of getting the offer set up and legals instructed. We didn’t want to complete until some months later to tie in with our early repayment period on our existing offer and as that period was approaching (which was also very close to the mortgage expiry date) we started to get correspondence again. There seemed to be good communication as well between Positive and our legal advisor which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marta and her team at Positive - they are brilliant!
