The experience I've had with Paul Johnson has been nothing short of exceptional. I'd bet money that you can't find someone better. I've had experiences with other brokers, including one who is reputable for his knowledge, and none of them come close. Paul is not only very experienced and knowledgeable, he also cares and takes a lot of pride in his service. There are many decent brokers out there but they would rarely go the extra mile that Paul did. I was let down by brokers I had approached prior to Paul due to reasons such as negligence, poor professional behaviour and an unacceptably slow service. The time wasted was valuable because I wanted to purchase a house that my mother was going to lose through repossession and as the deadline crept closer, the situation became increasingly stressful. I can't remember how I stumbled across Balanced Financial Services, but I'm glad I did, because I wouldn't have been able to buy mum's house otherwise.  I first came into contact with director and founder Charlie, who was really approachable and lovely to talk to - she put me in touch with Paul. The speed with which Paul worked to help me was incredible. Given the reviews and my own experience, I can imagine how full his hands are with other clients, but he somehow found the time to chase up the relevant people, communicate on my behalf and keep me updated. The mortgage offer arrived in time and the stress of the situation was gone! Paul isn't just an exceptional broker, he's also a really good man. Recommending him and his company 1000 times.
