7 Oct 2025I have Been trying for a week to organise a survey of my late father’s house for probate. Not had any updates from homemove - i have had to chase them. their chat is an AI driven bot and is full of assurances but no actions . I cannot recommend them from my experience.

The report was emailed within the 7 days and was detailed with photos. The quality of the report was of a high standard. Any issues were highlighted in the photos which has helped to follow up with my sellers with the concerns before exchanging contracts. The service is great and the price was a bonus. My overall review is 5*+.

The report I received was clear and concise, everything was as it should be, would highly recommend them to anyone. They also do home removals as well, ask for a quote!
