From the very start to the end process I was kept up to date in the process. I met a few professionals, Tom, Glynn, Aiste and Joe and they were all super helpful. I was able to navigate the portal easily and uploaded my documents without problem. There is a tracker to see how far along you are which was useful. From start to finish I was able to remortgage within less than 2 weeks, this is quicker than most companies and I am delighted with the result. Where do i start! From the first initial contact with our team at Haysto they have been fantastic. We weren't able to get a mortgage after trying with a few brokers previously due to my partners CCJ on file. We came across Haysto and thought we would give it one more try after seeing some reviews. We didnt want to get our hopes up again to be disappointed but within 24 hours we got an AIP at quite a good rate and it was with a high street lender.. we were SHOCKED! So we decided to put in the application. Within 7 days (weekend inbetween) we had the valuation completed by the lender and then the official mortgage offer!
