I came across Your Advisors while looking for a new home. I was immediately impressed with how responsive and thorough they were. Claire is very friendly and approachable and was a massive help throughout the moving in process and was always available if needed. It has been a fantastic and great experience with your Advisors since I moved in to one of their apartments. They are very quick in responding to queries and making sure they are attended to. Claire has been a very kind hearted and reliable person who sometimes goes out of her way to attend to me. Sarah is also diligent and dedicated making sure the queries are attended to. I was very happy with the services provided, especially my consultant Claire did a good job in helping me to find an accommodation. Moreover, as part of moving out and closing the tenancy ,she helped me a lot with it. I am very happy with the service and the space I had moved in.

I moved in to this lovely room on a temporary basis but it was clean with a brand new mattress on the bed and a fridge. The process was smooth and straight forward . It was a bit noisy at times but with the amount of tenants coming and going I would not expect anything else .

If you are the landlord of ALexander House in Ipswich PLEASE READ THIS. If you inted to rent o property managed by Your advisors PLEASE READ THIS too it might save you a lot of trouble. The WORST estate agent ever, AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you intend to become a tenant or maybe even worse a landlord that wants his property managed by them. Their reply to any problem (rats in the yard, food being stolen from the fridge, drug dealers coming into the house) is "There is nothing we can do about it". They will always pass the blame to whoever they can, Police, landlord etc when in fact they are the ones that have to mantain this property/house (Alexander House) in a secure condition and liveable for the people who pay rent. My food got stolen from the fridge on a number of ocasions and all they say is that there is nothing that they can do about it, this time I have decided that other people should hear my story. I would bet that the landlord doesn't even know about these issues and if it would know he pays them to solve these issues would be my guess. The short storry is , if you need someone to find excuses for anything this is the estate agent to use. Of course they will blame now the COVID19 but some of these have I have reported to them almost a year ago so the virus excuse doesn't apply in this case.
