My son wanted a mortgage so that he could by a percentage of my house in order to stop me having to move. He tried many other companies and financial services but in the end nobody could find a mortgage product which would accept us. I was beginning to think that the only way I could remain in my home would be through considering equity release. A friend of my son's recommended Martyn and I am eternally grateful for this recommendation and of course to Martyn who did, after a great deal of very hard work, find us a mortgage! 😊 It came with an initial offer of reduced repayments for the first 2 years. However, Martyn kept our details on file and once we were 18 months into the 2 years he started looking for a new deal for us. This time he was able to get us a very good deal with a fixed lower rate of repayment for the next 5 years! I have every confidence that in another 5 years Martyn will come up with a another good deal for us! In all honesty Martyn persevered and never gave up - he certainly more than earned his very reasonable fee!
