At the beginning of the process she highlighted the options available to us and where to get advice, for example, going through an accountant to ensure we have the financial resources to embark on the journey. Claudia responded within hours of contacting her and made sure any actions from her side were completed in a timely manner. When there were delays from solicitor communications or other matters, she was very proactive and gave produced results. The mortgage we received was exactly what we needed at a good rate. Overall, Claudia was a great help in getting the property to completion. Highly recommend.
