I've been purchasing, developing and renting property for 30 years. And as time goes on your brokers retire, or die !! So, after getting a link from PropertyTribes I've ended up at HD Consultants. I've been dealing with Victoria Bennet and she was very easy to deal with and clear with her costings and explanations. Equally zero pressure was applied. Now, I've seen all of the costings I have paused my mortgage changes for a few weeks to see what the market does as well as pay off some of my company hi-rate debt which was adversely effecting my cash flow. I've just chatted with Victoria and explained I was putting everything on hold. She totally got it and I didn't get any sense of 'well, I've done all this work', she was happy that I had identified other ways of solving some problems. Hopefully I will be able to do some business with her in January ( 2025 ) and let's hope lenders rates have dropped a little. Also got some useful snippets of info relating to company BBL's and lenders.
