Limetree Financial Services Cambridge

Great advice throughout the process - a very useful initial affordability call with Julian helped us define a budget and then, once we'd found a property, find the right product for us. Helped us navigate the process which ended up being mercifully smooth! Would definitely recommend, very clear and efficient communication throughout the process and very helpful advice.

We were surprised to find we could take out an interest only mortgage at our age - combined 161years - yet Lime Tree rapidly came up trumps. Very smooth process from their end (long delays elsewhere.) All sorted, it was buy to let (to family) so they are delighted. many thanks. Martin and Moya Thompson

We recently moved house and got our new mortgage via Limetree. Julian Nicolls was honest and efficient, and went above and beyond in answering our many many questions out of hours throughout a difficult and fraught purchase process. We will absolutely return to Limetree when we need to get a new mortgage.

Limetree have been amazing with supporting us to secure our first mortgage. They helped us navigate around difficult estate agents and also explained everything thoroughly for us. We were never left waiting for responses from them which was a relief and made a stressful process a lot easier for us. We cannot recommend them enough and will be using them in the future.

Julian and his team at Limetree have been superb throughout our remortgage process especially with the added factor of settling a Help to Buy loan. Not only was everything completed professionally and quickly, but when issues emerged with our solicitor team, Julian and Catherine were on hand to support us and step in whenever they needed to. They were quick to take on the banks when things seemed to stall and got the whole process back on track within hours. From our initial meeting with Julian, to finally completing our remortgage, we couldn't be happier with the level of support from Limetree. We will certainly be using them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone who needs a good adviser.
