I needed to get a mortgage raising capacity report and came across Spolten Mortgages via Google. After browsing their site I sent them a message one evening and got a prompt email back the next morning. Within a week I had a face to face meeting with Nick who is very friendly, professional and made the experience an easy one. By the end of the meeting I had the report I needed as well as getting some important information for the future. Although I wasn't using their services to find a mortgage; I'll have no hesitation in using their services when I do need one.

I can not praise Seth and the Team at Spolton more and I will absolutely be a returning customer. The online portal was a really useful way of keeping things paper-free and Seth was amazingly patient and kind. We had a last minute hiccough which couldn't have been predicted and he dealt with it with complete calmness and reassurance (even when I was having a panic!). A completely professional company with a wonderfully human touch. 100% recommend.

It was my partner and I’s first time getting a mortgage as first time buyers. We started (and ended) our mortgage process with Tom. We did speak to some other members of the team throughout our journey and they were lovely and, so friendly. We would like to send a special ‘thank you’ to Tom for his support, guidance and care. It is always very daunting when you start the mortgage process as a first time buyer, but Tom made it feel so easy, explained everything thoroughly and was there whenever we needed him. Tom made regularly check ins and pushed the solicitors if they started to take their foot off the gas. I don’t think we would be where we are now without him. Nick, Seth & the team have been fantastic throughout our remortgage application. Super friendly team and welcoming environment. Extremely thorough and quick to respond to any queries.
