Oakmere Consultancy

As first time buyers with a quick turnaround on the property we were purchasing, Neil at Oakmere ensured that everything ran smoothly. He worked thoroughly and efficiently, responding to emails right away, and his advice gave us confidence in taking this step. We could not be more satisfied with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend Neil to anyone seeking mortgage advice.

We had an excellent experience with Neil. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options clearly. The process was handled efficiently, with timely updates that kept us informed from start to finish. I will trust Neil with my mortgage requirements going forwards.

Neil has been fantastic from start to finish. He has saved us lots of time and stress and I will be recommending him to all our family and friends. Thanks again Neil.

Neil has been amazing throughout the whole process of setting up our Mortgage and we cannot recommend him enough. As first time buyers and one of us being self employed, we were unsure how to navigate the Mortgage market for the best deal. Neil not only found us the most competitive rates but also advised us when there was a change in the market/our circumstances to guarantee the best offer. He broke down our mortgage repayments/costs and fully explained each option available to us. Neil put our mind at ease by keeping us up to date throughout the whole process, answering all queries promptly as well as advising us on personal insurance policies. It felt like he went above and beyond to help us, replying to enquiries well into the evening to ensure fast progression. If you are looking for ease while someone else does all the hard stuff, Neil is your guy.

I've worked with Neil twice now to get a mortgage, including once on a fairly complex project. Neil was brilliant throughout - very clear, proactive communication and very nice to work with. He worked very hard to get us the best deal, including looking for opportunities to move us onto a better deal at various points. Would highly recommend using Oakmere.
