We cannot recommend Andrew Harrod highly enough. He helped our daughter Lyndsey to remortgage her property to remove a name off the mortgage and put in her sole name. He is knowledgeable honest reliable and just absolutely brilliant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. Andy has been fantastic! Me and my partner were very unsure and inexperienced in the process of buying a home as we were first time buyers and we didn’t know where to start. Andy was recommended to us through my mother and I’ve got to say, without Andy’s help we wouldn’t have our beautiful home that we are over the moon with today. Andy was fast with his responses and I always felt I could give him a call and he would answer all my questions and put our minds at ease. At no point through the process did we ever feel pressured into going for something that wasn’t in our best interest, in fact quite the opposite, at one point we were unsure on the financials but Andy insisted that we take all the relevant time needed to make the decision that was best for us. He went the extra mile with corresponding with the selling agent, solicitors and so on, He really looked after us and we can’t thank him enough. He also helped us with a life cover policy as well. If you’re unsure how to start your journey I could not recommend Andy enough, he was so good I’ve already encouraged my sister to ask for Andy’s advise, if he looks after her as much as he has us then I know she will be as satisfied as we are.
