very pleased with services and assistance received from Laura. 5 years ago she helped us get onto the property ladder. My wife at the time had a zero hours contract with NHS which was proving difficult for the affordability. We spoke to few other mortgage advisers we almost gave up until Laura contacted us. She has a very positive and encouraging attitude. Initially we only saved for 10 percent deposit and due to my wife’s contract Laura managed to find us a lender that was willing to make us an offer but we needed 15 percent deposit. Laura was able to advise us and we ended up borrowing from family member which would not have been an option for us if it wasn’t for Laura’s advice and we sold our car. We would have just continued renting I believe if we waited any longer as things got more harder. Now that our mortgage is due for renewal it was no brainer really to go back to Laura to help us remortgage. As we speak everything as been finalised. Laura is very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable in her field. We feel at ease when she’s looking after our mortgage needs because she is very organised, collaborative throughout the process, prompt and have a good eye to details. I will highly recommend.
