Very good service reasonable rates not like some places friendly staff and they have looked after us what ever our needs have been ,would highly recommend.

This company come across helpful and friendly and even take on people who are on the dole and when payments are missed they push you to renew the loan so it is up to date. When you can't pay they are very abrupt and discuss your account to anyone who answers the door. The payments are high. A friend of mine has even been threatened byou the owner Gerrard and he has then told the courts 5 years later that the customer was violent and abusive. If that was the case why would you send women to the door on there own if he felt they may or have been atracked. Why would they give huge loans to people who were on the dole. Why wait 5 years to go to court. They mare awful threats and never call on the date they are meant to. I have a loan with this company and classed Gerrard as a good friend but he madequate threats to my daughter and brother as theyou struggled to make payments and he has never been allowed to my home since. He has never done anything to me personally but he and his staff need training on how to handle customers struggling with payments. Don't lend to people if you know will struffle to keep up with payments.
