The Swansea Mortgage Broker

Rob was absolutely fantastic, me and my wife thought we would never be home owners and never really had much clue about how it all worked either. Rob did everything and told us what to do and when, he guided us all the way, anyway we are now proud home owners of our first home. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you rob from Paul and Samantha Morgan , proud owners of 534

Really happy to be adding another 5 star review to Rob's business. We used Rob after being recommended by a friend and were not disappointed. Including being professional, knowledgeable and personable Rob listened to ur exact needs and understood our circumstances and explained our options in detail and made sure we got the best possible deal. His communication was consistent and clear and he would check in on parts of the house buying process that didn't involve broking the mortgage and offered us advice and help on other aspects of the process at no extra cost which we found invaluable. If you are looking for a broker for you mortgage please look no further Rob is the only option! Thanks to Rob we went form not even knowing if we could get a mortgage to having our dream home.

Rob is fantastic. He’s polite, friendly, professional. He made everything easy to understand and displayed the information perfectly. He is very fast and diligent and gets the best deal for you . Highly reccomed

Rob has been absolutely awesome with our house purchase. My partner and I had not done this before so were entering with no clue on what we were doing, not only did Rob run through our many, MANY questions with all the information we needed, but also managed to get us a kickass mortgage for our full offer price over asking. I have zero doubt that we'll be back in touch when our fixed term comes to a close to renegotiate. Thank you Rob, you've made this process so much easier than it could've been, and you've taken what was often a lot of panic on our part and turned it into something amazing.

Both my partner and I have used Rob on 2 occasions now. The first time was to buy our first home and secondly to re-mortgage. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob and how much at ease we felt with his guidance, expertise and experience. I wouldn't be able to guess the amount of questions I sent his way but he answered every one of them in detail and in no delay. We are very thankful and we would highly recommend Rob to anyone and will continue to use his expertise in the future.
