Hi, if you’ve been thinking about doing more to review your Pensions, as I was, I cannot recommend Mark Torrado / WREN Sterling enough. I’d collated all my pension info, saw I had more than one pension with one of the main administration/investment firms, and started thinking perhaps consolidating would save me admin fees. But there are a number of considerations, so I had ‘put it on pause’ several times. But then a redundancy made me have to consider things. So that’s what ‘jolted’ me into action, but I wish I had done it sooner. Mark was not only patient and listened, he understood and had empathy. He guided me through options, making sure I understood things. There was never a ‘dumb question’. Once my decisions were made (and I felt confident doing so by this point), he and the team at Wren worked swiftly. I’m in the fortunate position now that, should I not get another job, I know I can manage. Frugally, but it’s a huge weight off my shoulders. Mark is easy to talk to, helps with understanding, professional at all times and certainly not ‘the sales man’ type. I felt he invested his time in me, did his ‘homework’ and as a result he earned my trust. Knowing your Pensions, to make sure they are performing and when they can start to ‘pay out’, is important to us all. If it feels TOO BIG a job, then I can only say that I found speaking to Mark a game changer.
