If I could select 0 stars then I would it’s just unfortunate I have to leave minimum 1 star to leave a review. Seriously regret using the services of Beth for my mortgage. Not only did her slow services make me lose the property that I really wanted but till this day since October she has been really bad with her communication with me, always using other people who were not my broker to give me updates, as and when they bothered to do so. I still do not know if I have been approved for my mortgage and she now doesn’t even bother to answer my phone calls or call me back because she knows she has messed up with my case. Very quick to take broker fees from me but doesn’t bother to perform service worthy of £990. If you want an excellent opportunity to waste your money and time then make sure to use Beth. She’ll make sure to really mess up your mortgage process and leave you and your family in a vulnerable state.

Anne-Marie and her colleagues provide a first class service from start to finish. We are first time buyers so naturally unfamiliar of the complicated process of securing a mortgage. From the get go, Anne-Marie provided a prompt and diligent service which was carried through until our mortgage offer was issued. Went above and beyond!! Can’t recommend enough. After being messed about by 2 other mortgage companies I was recommended the Glasgow mortgage company by a family member. I had my decision in principle that day, Anne-Marie and Vakas kept me up to date and I never had to chase them. They were both on the ball and always keeping me up to date.
