Michael was extremely helpful. Beforehand, I had been told that my circumstances would make it very difficult to secure my first mortgage — but that wasn’t the case at all. From the very first phone call, everything was clearly explained, and from my side, I really didn’t have to do much other than provide the requested documentation when asked. Michael handled the rest, and I’m genuinely impressed with the offer he secured. He also put me in touch with Kenny Hill at Campbell Sievewright, who acted as my solicitor.
