She was very knowledge of the mortgage market (especially important at the moment) and found us a good mortgage deal really quickly, that meant we could buy the house we wanted. Honestly, we were surprised at how smoothly everything went—it was a lot easier than we expected, and having had previous mortgage advisors who caused us a lot of stress, Donna did the exact opposite.
