Bricks and Mortar Mortgages

We had a really positive experience with Bricks & Mortar Mortgages. Jonathan was always helpful, patient and quick to respond, especially when we had questions during the underwriting stage. The whole process felt much less stressful thanks to his support. We’re really pleased to have now received our mortgage offer from NatWest. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated the guidance throughout. Would definitely recommend.

After my bank declined my mortgage and I risked losing a large deposit, Jonathan stepped in and completely turned things around. His calm, professional approach and constant support (despite my daily calls!) made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend this company for anyone needing mortgage support.

Having used Bricks & Mortar mortgages twice now, I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Jonathan and his team provide a totally stress free & streamlined service. We were kept in the loop throughout the whole process and someone was always on hand to deal with any questions or queries. Grateful as always to the team - we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

I recently obtained a mortgage with Jonathan and team which was smooth and a really easy process. Having the combination of getting the best deal and then connected seamlessly into conveyancing process , made it all a " one stop shop" which worked perfectly for me. Everyone was always very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bricks and Mortar Mortgages to anyone, great service!

Definitely go with bricks & Mortar if your looking for a stress free property buying experience (especially for first time buyers like myself), having expert insight at every step of the process and always knowing what to expect next, I couldn't reccomend Bricks & Mortar enough for first time buyers, perfect if your looking to buy your first property. Catherine who personally worked with me to secure my first flat was nothing short of amazing. Always very professional and proactive, providing consistent clear communication, giving me an insight to the best mortgage rates and reaching out when the rate had lowered allowing me to get a cheaper mortgage, also for someone who knew nothing about the housing market Catherine was a massive help.
