I had a fantastic experience working with Ross throughout my mortgage process. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated at every stage and was always quick to respond to any questions. What could have been a stressful process felt much more manageable thanks to his guidance and reassurance. He went above and beyond to ensure everything moved forward smoothly and helped overcome challenges along the way.🙏 What truly stands out about Ross is that this is not just a job for him. He genuinely cares about the people he helps. You can feel that he puts his heart into supporting clients, especially during difficult or challenging times. His patience, understanding and encouragement made a real difference to me.😊 I’m truly grateful for all his hard work in securing my mortgage offer and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and compassionate mortgage adviser.🐟😊🙏 Sammi

Ross has got to be THE best mortgage advisor I could have possibly ended up with. Working in film and TV in England within and around London, I really thought I would have a really tough road to getting a mortgage but Ross made it easier than I could have ever imagined. His communication really is second to none and I never felt silly asking him all the questions under the sun, he genuinely wants you to understand the process. You can tell that Ross really cares for his clients and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, he really went the extra mile with communication and to make my situation and the mortgage work for me. Thank you for always being available with advice and guidance whenever I needed it! Would give six stars if I could! True gentleman! Connor

Ross goes above and beyond what would normally be expected for a Mortgage Broker. Being a expat for 25years, trying to buy a house in Scotland is not easy. Ross made it happen with confidence and ease. Great communicator. Great job Ross, highly recommended.

As a freelancer working in the film industry, I thought I would never be able to get a mortgage on my own. Ross's experience with film industry professionals meant he knew exactly which lenders have favourable deals for freelancers. He secured me a mortgage deal not once, but twice! After I withdrew from the first sale, we had to begin the process again 6 months later. Despite changes to my working situation and the lenders requirements, Ross secured another offer, and was on hand to offer advice the entire way through the process. 10/10 for communication and vibes, incredibly grateful to him for making this a reality for me.

Ross was amazingly helpful navigating a complicated freelance / zero-hour contract mortgage. He knew what he was doing, and helped through every step of the process. He would go above and beyond, and was responsive and considerate throughout the whole process. We couldn't have done it without him, we're super grateful and chuffed to have managed to buy a property. Would definitely recommend!
