The Mortgage Finance Store

I'm very grateful to James for all his help in buying our first home. He made everything so easy to deal with and always made time for any questions I had, no matter how daft I felt asking them. James has a professional and friendly manner and I found him really reassuring and I trusted his guidance. Can't recommend him enough.

We have been using James and his team for the last 10 years and the service has always been fantastic. They are always very responsive to queries and provide great advise regarding the most suitable product for our requirements. When it comes to mortgage renewal, they always come prepare, with sufficient time, to get this resolve with no stress. James and the team have been so helpful over the years, I couldn't recommend them enough.

James was a delight to work with. He was friendly, consistent and had excellent communication skills, reliable and trustworthy. As first time buyers James ensured we understood and kept informed throughout the whole process and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Overall great service! We come across James by chance and it was a very successful experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much for supporting our journey.

Had the pleasure of meeting James 6 something years ago when I was looking to purchase my first property. 6 years on, 2 house purchases and 1 refinance later, it’s safe to say James has helped me a lot. He’s quick, efficient and will always make time to sit down and talk you through any queries you may have. Would highly recommend James and the team at TMFS.

The customer service you will receive from James is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he picks up the phone and meets customers in person - the type of service that is getting lost these days. He has helped me with a mortgage and an advance on my mortgage, quickly too...which was important to my situation! Kept me up to date with progress and always at the end of the phone for questions. Highly recommend!!
