Yorkshire Equity Release

I had always planned to use the Equity in our home when we stopped working. I looked at a few companies and eventually found Yorkshire Equity Release. From first contact it became very clear that this was personal service, that was friendly and well informed along with being very professional. Vicki looked after us as if we were friends, offering advice and finding us the best available deals on the market at the time, full explanation of how everything worked in great detail. No question was too much. As you can imagine doing equity release can be quite daunting and you want to know exactly how it will effect you, future moves when one of you passes before the other, how the estate will be handled when you both pass etc etc. I could go on and on with praise for this company as its a long long time since I had service like this. If you are considering equity release, yes shop around, but please contact Yorkshire Equity release before going ahead and check the customer service. If it's out of 5 stars I will give them 10.

Brilliant company, so knowledgeable, extremely helpful with all aspects of financial advice. Above and beyond service. Vicki was a mine of information and advice from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring to my mother and me throughout the process. They only do in-home visits, so it's a personal touch which is welcome when dealing with a predominantly older clientele. Always there at the end of the phone or email. Great service. I had seen Yorkshire Equity Release’s ad in a local magazine and made a note of it. It took me a few months before I did anything about it but once I had contacted them, Vicki and Andi were in my front room within a few days answering all my questions and going through all the options that were available to me. I found them to be very knowledgeable and efficient. Vicki always responded to my email queries promptly and kept me informed of progress throughout the process. In these days when financial institutions never seem to be able to get their act together and couldn’t care less about customer service, it has been a pleasure to deal with Vicki and Andi and I dare say I will be in touch with them again in the future.
