Venture finance have been outstanding in helping me with my bridging finance, they explained everything clearly and simply and it really help me feel more confident in progressing my purchase using this finance, a huge thank you to Kiran for his help. I highly recommend Venture finance and will definitely use again going forward. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Kiran and his team on the remortgage of my residential property. Kiran was recommended to me and he did not disappoint. As a busy professional I didn’t have the time to conduct the research to understand the best deal to meet my needs. Kiran took all the strain from me, taking the time to understand my requirements, through completion of a straightforward form followed by a quick chat. He sourced a couple of recommended options for me, giving me expert guidance on the pros and cons of each, making the decision process very simple. Kiran kept me fully informed on progress of my application once it was in flight and I loved that I didn’t have to chase for updates. He even sorted out a sight snag we encountered throughout the proces, with minimal intervention from me. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Kiran and his team. I could not have hoped for a better service! Many thanks!

I got in touch with Kiran after seeing an auction property I wanted to buy as my first renovation project. As a first timer with auction properties and bridging loans, I found Kiran’s advice invaluable. He was open and clear about how the process works, what my financing options were and kept me updated throughout the application process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Venture Finance and will definitely be using them again the the future!

We've worked with Kiran from Venture Finance several times for refinancing and have always had a great experience. Professional, responsive, and consistently found us the best deals. Highly recommend!
