As a first time buyer, the whole process can feel quite overwhelming, Arun has been incredibly helpful, patient and understanding throughout. He has taken the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and his communication has been excellent and he has always been quick to respond whenever I've needed guidance.
