22 Jan 2026We recently worked with Nik while purchasing our first buy‑to‑let property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Nik was incredibly friendly and approachable, always responsive, and took the time to offer valuable advice and insights throughout the process. As first‑time buy‑to‑let buyers, we had plenty of questions, and he made everything feel simple and stress‑free. Great to deal with, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. We would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for support with a mortgage and we will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks Nik!

17 Dec 2025My previous mortgage advisor wasn’t available so looking at online reviews I took a chance with Nik at Lyonhurst. I am so glad I did! He has been brilliant. Helping work through various options available to me, explaining the world of mortgages and house buying in simple terms, making sure I didn’t forget the other necessities such as life cover and house insurance. My sale and purchase got quite drawn out and complicated but Nik supported me through it. I highly recommend and will be back when my deals come to an end and need renegotiating.

11 Nov 2025Excellent service from start to finish! Nik was recommended to me by a family member and I would recommend him to anyone! He was so helpful from the very beginning of the process and made sure I understood every step, with me being a first time buyer it was crucial that it was explained to me step by step and Nik didnt miss a beat. Super friendly service! Keep up the great work! Thank you again.
